    battery won't charge

    Hi everyone
    I have a notebook amilo pro v3505 from 1 year and
    my battery won't charge.
    When I plug the notebook on power the light indicator for the battery is on.
    But when I go to control panel->power options->power meter it shows me
    that "Total battery power remaining: Unknown(charging)".
    Charging shows 0% and it never charges.
    I don't use the battery so often so I think its ok.
