    hello all,

I've had my 6231 for about a month now and it has been wonderful! many thanks for all the feedback I received! I have a question to ask because I'm not sure why it's happening with the laptop:

whenever I logon to windows, it takes a few seconds before I pick up my wireless network. I'm using the intel application instead of windows, so once I'm connected the intel status changes to green. however, when I open up my IE browser, I always first get the dialog box "web page unavailable" and I have to manually click on "connect" before the page actually loads up. on the otherhand, when I use firefox, it will automatically load the page without prompting me to connect.

does anyone know why this is happening? are my IE settings messed up? any help would be great! thanks!
