I'm still trying to understand LCD technology.. while looking at regular desktop Flatscreens.. one could easily find the response time. however what about Fujitsu's displays.. i can't seem to find the info for that or any other laptop's display specs.

I tried to find the manufacturer of my lcd screen so that i would be able to find a spec sheet somewhere. but i failed. none of the software that are supposed to return the lcd manufacturer returned something comprehensible. I got "MS_19.4". So the only way to find out manufacturer, at least on the N6, would be to open the bezzel, which I wasn't willing to do!

But for ghosting in games I haven't noticed that much ghosting. the ghosting is so limited and appears only in dark gray shades. You wont actually see it if you weren't looking for it.

BTW milli second rating has become a none sence recently. all what that measure tells you is how fast a pixel can go from black to white to black. In fact lcds do this transitition faster than they do from a shade of gray to another. If you check some reviews at tom's hardware you're gonna sometimes find that screens with higher latency might perform better than ones with lower latency. + some screens get severe color reproduction issues under low latencies.

I'll try to pull out at an article i read about 3 months ago. contains some in depth into lcd technologies.

I've been playing HL2 and havent noticed any ghosting whatsoever. I think they've done a good job on addressing this issue.
