I think it's great that you bought one...I have been eyeing that model for some time. Considering, I only want a fujitsu product, I look at them quite a bit....
I went to their web site last night and ther's a new variation of that model and a new model, A6110...
Alot of researching points to fujitsu making a really reliable laptop...
This semester will eventually end and I will then grab one....
I hope it works well for you...

Thanks. i recommend fujitsu because its 100% made in japan. But like i said battery power is too short. so if only they can invent battery that last at least for 4 hours, i would be thankful. which model are you considering?

the 3130, i was looking at the 1149 model because it has a rebate, that drops it to 999.....BUT I could do the new 899.00 model 3130....it's missing the remote control, (which I would like), fingerpring reader, (which i could care less about), and touch pad....
For 899.00, and yes, made in Japan, it's a good deal.
The battery bites.....I think all laptops should be able to at least play 1 dvd movie beginning to end.

yes i agree the battery should last 1 dvd movie.
I have one suggestion, to save cost i bought the a3110 then i upgrade to 2gig ram. i think its amazing and fast. Just cost me about rm3200 (USD 842).
and this one including credit card charges, 3 years warranty, a web cam (external), mouse, and 7 pieces of CDR.

    good luck
