    my M3438G not working ,when i turn it on nothing happen ,just the blue power light work but its black secreen
    nothing work , no windows , no bios
    the laptop not booting

    What do you mean the power light works? Can you hear anything else happening?

    yes only the power light work , only hear for seconds the hardisk when i turn the laptop on then its stop


    please help , i need the laptop , there are alot of important files on it

    this just happened spontaneously, or did something happen prior to that, such as your laptop crashed before that happened?

    I think your best bet is a repair shop, it could be motherboard related problem.

    But you can try this. Remove the battery and disconnect it from AC power and leave it as such for a few hours, then give it a shot. This might work because it might reset something in there and fix the problem. That's if actually nothing is broken.
