    Hi,
do not know much about computers, but I would love to learn...this is a second hand computer and it was clean when I got it...but I made mistakes and I didn't have an anti-virus for my computer so over time I collected all those viruses:

    Application.TrackingCookies
    Adware.Advertising
    Spyware.Known_Bad_Sites
    RogueAntiSpyware.PersonalAntivirus
    Trojan.FakeAlert

I have been told that the best thing would be to reformat my computer to make it as it was when it was manufactured...

I still have the original discs...

But I do not know how do to it...

    could someone help me?

    thank you )

You said you didn't have any AV installed, So I'm really wondering what program generated those malware names?.

The names generated above are, indeed so fake-looking.

I've came under very strong impression that actually a rogue anti-malware program has infected (and LOL it reported you was 'infected' by
    RogueAntiSpyware.PersonalAntivirus)
Trojan.FakeAlertyour notebook. see here for more about Rogue AntiSpyware.

    More from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/security/antivirus/rogue.aspx

And yes, reformatting your comp. is one of the most effective ways of removing any malware (and your whole personal data & program, make sure you do a backup).

This is the official instruction from Fujitsu website
    http://www.pc-ap.fujitsu.com/support/recovery_process.html

Another solution is to install real anti-spyware program and remove the infection.

    Cheers,
    RaZZ

P.S: Since this is not a Fujitsu specific problem I'd greatly recommend you to create a thread in software section, you'll most likely get more response there.
