We just received an S7020D with the "Super-Multi DVD" drive. The volume is very low when playing DVDs. I looked at the settings and put it up to full volume, but it was still low. I tried two players- Interactual which was worse than the system's DVD player (I don't remember what it is called and don't have the laptop with me).

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Dvd volume is always lower on laptops. some newer ones i swear are worse. go into the settings of the dvd player software there should be a noisy enviroment setting or something that boosts the audio that should help alittle bit.
