after reading several notebook reviews, i still cant seem to make up my mind which brand of note book to buy. should a buy a dell, apple, or fujitsu? all have unique qualities and so on, but i still cant decide. some one please help i'm going out of my mind! (aaaaahhhh!!!) a little joke there. ha ha ha! but seriously i need some help. what i want on which ever pc i chooose is: 512 MB, 60GB, 1.70 processor or it could be faster but not necessarily, CD/dvd combo with cd-rw doesnt have to have the dvd-rw and battery life that would give me up to 5 hrs. n the notebook has to be light 'cause i dont have that much arm strength to be carrying it from home (if it's heavy) to campus to class, to lime, to class, to home, u know the drill for university life. also it has to be pretty, i like pretty computers so i think i should have a pretty notebook, my budget as i said before in some previous thread is $1200-$1500. but i think that i might reduce it to around $1400. teh screen should be bright n n 12 inch to 15 inch, but i have no problem with a 12 inch.should have the wireless connectivity and other basic things like bluetooth but necessarily since i learnt that u could buy a bluetooth usb adaptor. well i hope i finally get some help. thanks in advance. n 1 more thing i have never used mac os so would that be a problem if some one did recommend the apple to me?

well the 3 companies you listed are very diffrent. I think Fujitsu and Apple are both very good. The Fujitsu s2110 is a light notebook that will do what you need it to do with ease. An iBook or Powerbook would also be good, the mac OS is not difficult to pick up. I only used the OS a couple times at school and I feel I can compleatly understand how to use it. It shouldent be hard to pick up on the mac OS. I would not recommend a dell, there are much better options out there than dell.

Of those you listed I like the Fujitsu as well. Limited software would keep me away from a Mac.
