    Besides, it's just the precedent this sets, before you know it, MW4 will require a monthly subscription to play!

    And that is precisely the risk if they succeed.

    Like some people have pointed out a facebook integration cannot make it worth a 8$/mo service, but it should be some extras (like weapons, abilities, etc.).... but the real danger is not in MW3, but rather the repercussions of a P2OP (pay to online play) model. I mean... 8$/mo is almost an MMO subscription fee...

    COD games will never get a penny out of me.

    My brother bought Black Ops and I thought it was pure trash.

    May Battlefield live on forever, because that's the only FPS game that I've enjoyed a great deal :)
