    I dont even spend time in either WoW or Starcraft 2 and for some reason Blizzard sendt me a key.

    I feel bad for barely even playing it. D;

    You got in or are you talking about the launcher? All options that require access to the servers are currently greyed out for me.

    it isn't open. They had an access bug that let everyone in... That is why battle.net went down...

    Nethaera, is it possible to tell us what happened to cause the black out? :)
    Just some curious people... Not worried I'm sure it will come back. Still it is nice to know what happened once in a while instead of the usual "oh it just fell asleep and we'll have to wait for the servers to wake up again" ? o_O

    i got the launcher and its 80%download complete. click play, and takes me to log in scree. i can enter details but just get and error that its disconnected and also looking on official forums the servers are down for maintanence at the minute

    It would be a particularly awesome reward for those people who pre-ordered it to play beta until release.

    It also would be a very nice carrot for those who haven't pre-ordered to do so.

    Not to mention a great way to stress test the servers...

    Yeah, everyone definitely wasn't supposed to get access to the beta. I'll probably end up not buying the game, but that could've changed if I got to try the beta. :(

    Misleading sig, I know. :p No one should see Diablo in their game library unless they actually got a beta invite. I followed the link found in the first post of this thread to download the client, but it turns out it won't be of any use.
