Hi all,
Ok, I've written other posts in the forums about which notebook would be right for me. After all of the replies, I *think* I'm going to go ahead with the HP DV2000t with a Nvidia GO 7200 Graphics Card. Now, I am not a gamer by far, BUT my hubby does like to play 'WOW', 'HALO' and 'BF' online with his bro from time to time. We have it installed on our home PC (which is in our room), but if he's up late and decides to play then I get irritated to he** as I am trying to sleep.Sooooo, if I get a laptop that can handle the game play of these games, then maybe he could use that downstairs while I sleep soundly upstairs.

Anyway, can the Nvidia GO 7200 card run/play 'WOW', 'HALO' and/or 'BF' with no problems? Please let me know...
Again, the lappy is mainly (90%) for me and I will only be using it to surf the net, check/compose emails, download/listen to music, watch movies, play online games (Yahoo! games) etc. on it. BUT, like I said, a little more intense game play may be done on the machine as well, so a decent-good graphics card is needed.
Thanks in advance,
Tasha![]()

World of Warcraft (WoW) will run fine, but not at too higher settings. Halo will also be fine. As for BF I am presuming that's Battlefield 2? If it is I don't think the go 7200 would handle it very well at all based on how well my graphics handle it and they are of similar if a bit less powerful calibre.

Sorry, 'BF' is Battlefront (Star Wars)

WoW runs smooth on my 7200 full setting, Halo should run fine, not too sure about the third game.

Battlefront will run fine on the Go7200 - all of the games will as the other posters have detailed. I played Battlefront on a GeForce 4 MX, a pathetic card, with no troubles.
