Alright new poster here and thanks in advance for any help.

My old computer im trying to fix for a friend of mine is an Averatec All in one 22" Model is the D1002UHCE-1. My warranty is up and im having an issue I believe is the video card for the second time. When I start my computer the loading screen is very grainy and a bit disoriented, I called my tech support he said the card can be removed and replaced "he thinks". Other than that I don't have a ton of information on it, but im looking to replace the current card\ chip w\e needs to be done or even upgrade it would be better.

    Thanks again

I believe the card is "nvidia GeForce 8400 GS"

All i can tell you is the 8400 GS is one of the defective Nvidia cards. If warranty is up, you can either do the oven trick or replace it (if its not soldered on)
