P570WM takes 12-core Xeons + SLI. It supports two 330W bricks by default.

That looks great, thank you very much for taking the time to run 3dmark11 and post your results here :)

32,945 is very close to the Asus posted 34k, likely some variance in runs would get both closer together.

Have you done any OC'ing yet with your set up?

When you do, and you feel comfortable with some successful high OC runs, please come back and post your results :)

I have not over clocked anything to its limits yet, being that for a 1080P laptop this thing is major overkill. I'm also counting on this thing to last me at least 2 to 3 years so I'm trying to keep it as happy and cool as possible lol

Truth is rarely part of an effective marketing strategy. But, in this case I think it's safe to say, " They don't know what they don't know" when it comes to the information offered under a pretense of truth. For now, we will let them bask in the glory of their ignorance.
Well, when @Prema and his benefactors are ready for it to, it will count. But, just because you cannot see it doesn't make it any less real.

The reason the result is "not found" is because we don't want it to be found right now.

It's not supposed to be showing in search results, but I cannot get it to disappear.

It's really a waste of money to get dual 980 desknote now, 1080M is so close to launch.

Also, how much did you pay for the P775DM 980 desknotes?

That depends on whether or not 1080M will outperform 980 SLI when they are both pushed hard. Being newer doesn't necessarily mean better, especially in the current state of techno-crap that surrounds us. Hopefully, they won't do something really stupid, like omit the SLI connector on the PCB like they did the 200W monster GPU version of GTX 980 on MXM.

    I don't have a P775DM. I have a new P870DM-G that I purchased from @tanzmeister and a used P750ZM that I got from @danyune. I have officially entered the Alien-Free Zone.

Dont count on it, it takes a long ass time for the mobile GPU's to come out. Most major manufacturers have not even utilized the desktop variants yet.

So... much... powaaaah. I personally have not seen a Fire Strike score greater than 5000, and all these monsters with 30000+ scores... wao. wao. waaaaaaao.

Must - resist - temptation. I need to bite my tongue and remember that I am a mid-range guy...And not splurge my military allowance on a P870DM.

What your $800 dollar allowance in a year? Military allowances used to be a joke from what I remember from my time in Singapore.. Good luck getting a P870DM

They still are a joke, we recruits get S$560 a month (about US$400 a month) but sergeants and officers get significantly more (S$980 and $1080 monthly respectively).

Plus, I've got the rest of my savings.

Welcome to my world. Still missing a few points for 5k...

    http://www.3dmark.com/fs/8197793

I had my stuff ready in October, the rest is out of my control this round...but the "PhoenIX Edition" (aka the Nexus model of the Prema Mod) will rise from its ashes time and again, after all it's its nature...

    The 3DMark Conspiracy! :D

Maybe they got sick of seeing these things pop up and never being posted to their boards...

What? Only 99%? You really need to work on getting that last 1%!

I kid of course. But I usually stop overclocking when I hit the 99% mark. That's good enough for me :)

Don't worry he is the other 1% of results that we can't see...the bench you can see is just our interpretation of what 'stock' should look like.

I really do wonder how the graphics score scale up compared to an Alienware 17 R3/15 R2 with a single 980Ti.

Seems to be less hassle too :3
