I used Riva Tuner to look at my clock speeds and noticed something strange. My core was running at 513 (instead of 475), The Shader core at 1026 ( instead of 950), and my memory core ran at 399 (GDDR2 I'm guessing?). The card doesn't go past 61 C. Is that normal? Does the memory running that slow affect performance much?

    I have an inspiron 1520 w/the 256mb 8600m gt.
