I've never seen one, but I've been wondering for awhile if a 12" laptop with a dedicated GPU exists. I want my next laptop to be able to handle current games, but it doesn't have to play them spectacularly. 14" laptops are the smallest I can find that seem to fit my wants/needs.

They are made for mobility not gaming. There is the 13" Sony S.

    modern ones: none.
older ones.. there were some apples with really old gpus in 12" models that perform worse than some of the integrated solutions out there now.

you'll have to move up to 13.3", or seek something that has one fo the better IGP like the ATI xpress 200m

How about the lg tx1? 12.1" wxga with nvidia 7300. Thats the only one i can think of. However, the gma900/950 arent that bad. i have the gma900 and i can play ut 2k4 1280 x 800 fine.

The MSI-1013 has an AMD Turion and Radeon Xpress 200M.

The Sony SZ-series is your best bet if you want a decent GPU, with a GeForce Go7400.

I'd go for the W3j if you can, it's the most powerful 14" around. The Sony SZ is a bit overpriced and is not as powerful.

if they make the w3 series slimmer and lighter than ill buy a w3. The w3 is great and all but i still wish it was lighter like the s series from sony.

I think the sz series is even more lighter and thinner. Thats why i prefered the sony it is probably the closest youll get to a 12"
