    Hi,

I have an external LCD TV with native resolution of 1280x768 (widescreen).

I want to hook it to my Zepto 6224W (which has an 8600M GT) via the VGA out (converted to DVI in the TV).

    I am running XP.

When I use the Nvidia control panel to set up my displays, it detects the TV, and presents me with the possible resolutions (which includes the desired 1280x768).

However, after I click apply, the TV sets to 1280x1024

I notice that in the WindowsXP display properties, the 1280x768 resolution is not available ... I assume that if it WAS, then this resolution would work.

I think this is more of an 8600M GT issue. Can anyone help?
