how are the 165.01 drivers from laptoptogo and are they the most stable for vista
-
BTW 163.75 is better than 165.01
ForceWare X 163.75 for Windows Vista 32bit -
Wow...I woulda settled for something like "/slap stop being stupid". -
Not quite clear what you mean? -
It was a joke praising your effort into creating that GIF.
-
It didn't made by me !!! It's made by Signaturebar.com -
now on to the topic...
stable, not really, I've been using 165.01 for my Go 7400 for quite a while now.... crashes/freezes alot in COD2 and other Vista incompatible games... but it does give 2 or 3 FPS boost and more game resolution choices than the HP stock driver... -
i have the dell 1520 and are the stock drivers the most stable and give the best preformance?
-
-
Just in case OP doesn't know this...as most people don't seem to realize it at first glance.
165.01 are OLD drivers. I can't think of a decent reason to use them unless no other drivers work.
The highest number driver is not the newest driver. New drivers are still in the 163.XX range. On laptopvideo2go.com please re-order the drivers by date posted rather than number. -
they are not stable or are u talking about the preformance
and if i download from laptoptogo which are most stable and best proformer -
http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=15369 -
but is it the best cause there alot of them out there
-
-
-
u mean test them with 3d mark?
-
-
then u mean fraps?
-
sorta, some games also have in-game benchmarks...
p.s. u can always test in 3dmark, just to see the trend -
is there a large fps difference between drivers or like 1 to 5 fps
-
on the other hand, if u got some drivers that are as old as mammoth's crap, then the difference will be noticeable. -
i also wanted to know how old are the stock drivers are cause i have ordered my dell 1520 and so will they be like 6 months old or more recent
-
the stock drivers will probably be ones of the latest released mobility drivers, which nvidia hasn't updated in quite some time now.
