    169.04 driver and oblivion

    ok i just bought my 1520 a couple months ago, played it on stock gpu drivers and had to some pretty good fps and stability...then i updated my to the latest dell drivers and that also gave me some boost...finally i tried 169.32 and it was good but was buggy and sometimes when i start my comp and black screen work stay there and windows wouldn't load(or at least i cant c it).....AFTER having crap on my comp i reformatted and also switched to the 169.04 drivers(since i heard good things about it)...I LIKE IT, ITS VERY STABLE AND GIVES ME GOOD FPS IN LOTS OF LOTS, better than my previous drivers BUT IN OBLIVION THE FPS JUST DROPS...my stock dell drivers preformed better than this one in oblivion. on previous drivers, in close less gpu grueling areas, i woudl get 30-50 fps now i get like 15....anyoen know wats wrong? or is this just common with 169.04 drivers and oblvion?

    P.S IM USING WIN XP AND MY DX9 VERISION IS CURRENTLY DX9c (4.09.0000.0904) not sure is thas the latest dx9c
