The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I got my HDMI cable in the mail today. Plugged my laptop into my 32" 1080p tv, and it does work perfectly. I only need to do what i said above and turn off Windows Aero so my display drivers don't crash. All I did was copy my cmd exe that opens and stays open till i press a key, and set it to go into windows basic while it is open, so i can easily change to and from windows basic.
