For those of you new to gaming, and are looking for free-to-play online first person shoots check out these ones available for download at download.com; for the most part, they are playable at low-med settings with IGP cards and less powerful CPUs:

Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory - a classic WWII online shooter emphasizing teamplay with many mods; 6 maps come standard with bth campaign and objective game modes - try out the True Combat:Elite mod of you want a taste of iron sight aiming)



America's Army - the official US Army game; said to be the most realistic battle expereince available. However, download time is incredibly long.



WarRock - this beta is completely free; it features many character classes and weapons. You can choose to play for free (you earn virtual tokens that can be used to buy upgrades) or pay-as-you go to purchase certain wepaon/armour upgrades even faster. The game engine is very efficient, enabling decent graphics with low system requirements.
