3 Games... Which One?

Out of these three games, which one would you recommend that I get?
Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Civilization 5
Starcraft II: Wings Of Liberty

I am leaning towards BFBC2.

Maybe it would be better to get BC3 when that comes out.

 

1) If you could, I'd really recommend BFBC2 and SC2. Get both of them!
2) If not, you'd have to ask yourself if you like more FPS or RTS games.
3) If you still can't get to decide, toss a coin! (and while it's on the air, try to think about which side of the coin are you really wishing to get).
4) ?????????????

It's B F3, not BC3!
People these days should know that BC2 is a spinoff off BF, and BF3 is a true sequel.

 

I think I would enjoy BC2 far more.

BC2= best shooter I ever played combat-wise but i liked crysis wars better in general.
BC2 just has like so many different weapons and its so much fun you can do so many things.

 

My vote goes to Bad Company 2. It's definitely my game of the year for 2010. I still play it just about every day (or would, if I had internet access at home).

 

If you prefer FPS, then go for BC2. If you prefer RTS, get SC2.

Both games offer hours and hours of fun (single and multi). Time will fly by as you get roped into these games.

I've personally been enjoying Civ V over the others lately.

30 minutes turns into 6 hours

 

If they would fix the MP I would recommend it too... I found BC 2 annoying and ungainly to play vs. the older Battlefields and CoD series. So I guess SC 2 will be my pick but even SC 2 I got bored of it very fast...

 

Yup. After 2 weeks of SC2, I got extremely bored and shelved it. Command & Conquer is such a better/superior RTS (imo).

Battlefield is a great FPS, but if you're a noob, you're going to get extremely frustrated very easily for a couple weeks ...especially with the hit box detection bug.

As for Civ V, I haven't done multiplayer yet, but plan to soon. Civ V is my 2nd favourite TBS of all time ...Heroes III still holds the throne and frankly, I don't think any TBS will ever beat it lol.

 

Three games are completely different... If you asked if you should get Battlefield, Call of Duty, or Medal of Honor, then we'd have a legitimate discussion. But with the three on your list, it all depends on what type of game you're in the mood for. To be honest, I played all 3 and didn't like any of them much. I only purchased SC2 hoping that its multiplayer would be as addicting as the first, but I was let down big time.

 

True, but I have these three games to choose one to get, and I decided to ask which one of these I should get. It looks like almost everyone recommends BC2...

 

If you are going to get BC2, get it through EA STORE. It's really cheap and includes all the goodies except specact.

But yeah, get BC2 as a "waiting for BF3" game

 

BFBC 2 definitely, love the Multiplayer in that game...so engaging and variating unlike other boring fps'es (hello black ops)
