I tried TripleHead2Go but apparently it's compatibility with my graphics card (Radeon 6990M) will only allow a maximum resolution of 3840x1024, across 3 screens. The problem with not having max resolution of 5760x1080 is that watching a video, both the left and right sides slightly overlap to each side monitor and it's miserable! If they were all 1080p then the video would fit perfectly on the middle screen.

TripleHead2Go support has said that my graphics card can only can output 3840x1024 but I'm pretty sure that's just when it's used with TripleHead2Go, because I've seen videos of 6990m's running 5760x1080.

I'm assuming the videos I have seen have been using Eyefinity which I am not the slightest bit familiar with.
    (1) How would I approach this?
    (2) Would it allow for a full resolution of 5760x1080 that spans across the 3 monitors?
    (3) What exact cables do I need to accomplish this?

    Each monitor has:
    1 x DVI
    1 x VGA

    My computer has:
    1 x DVI Output Port
    1 x HDMI
    1 x E-SATA Port (USB Combo)
    2 x USB 2.0 Ports
    2 x USB 3.0 Ports
    1 x RJ45 LAN (10/100/1000Mbps)
    1 x 1EEE-1394b Fire Wire
    1 x S/PDIF Output Jack
    1 x Headphone Jack
    1 x Microphone
    1 x Line-In Jack

    I'm using a Radeon 6990m graphics card.
    I'm using windows 7.

If any other information is needed, please let me know!
Thank you in advance for you time and help!

I meant EyeFinity not Crossfire. I only have 1 GPU! Sorry for the mistake!

If you still have a triplehead to try out. Look for an older installer for their software and try and create a custom resolution for 3*1920x1080. You may need to try a Hz refresh of 59 or 50-53.

I've messed with a th2go with the exact same problem but off a desktop running some nvidia cards last spring. I don't recall the exact steps but the symptoms matches yours.
