So I got around to do this benchmark across 3 of my GPUs. I didn't have an external monitor with me, so I settled with using my laptop screen and suffering with the performance loss (on all three GPUs).
My desktop doesn't have Windows 10, so I can't test Time Spy on it yet.

I did an HTML edit so all the important information can be shown without me having to up the resolution/zoom out.
The RX 480 has the same settings as usual (+5 MHz on Core, -31mv on Core, - 80mv on VRAM) except for an extra -20mv off the VRAM. Why the GTX 960m and RX 480 show a clock speed of 1050 MHz is beyond me except for the fact that the HD 520 has a max speed of 1050 MHz.
