I'm shopping for small notebook/netbook that can play these games. I've narrowed it down to the amd congo platform (Neo or X2 ~1.6ghz with ati hd3200 graphics) or the intel CULV platform with the 4500mhd graphics, specifically the ones with the celeron su2300 dual cores. The amd platform has the better graphics of course, and similar cpu speed but it also costs more and gets worse battery life. I'm sure the 4500mhd can play these games but my question is how well.
I was wondering if anyone that has either of these setups, or even something close could run some benchmarks, on all high settings with no AA/AF at 1024x768 or 1366x768 resolution. Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is a free game and can be downloaded here or from file planet or elsewhere. I'm mostly interested in that games performance, but they all use the same engine. Call of Duty 1 does as well I believe. There's a built in timedemo 1 command IIRC that lets you run a benchmark.
It is kind of frustrating that there are so many review sites hemming and hawing about whether the new integrated graphics chips can run Crisis at 7 or 8 fps and so few that test old classics that might actually be playable on the platform!

Is the new core i5/7 CULV platform allright? It should be faster than either of the above 2.. for netbooks , ION 2 comes out....which should be great too...

Here is how to run the benchmark:
1) Download Wolfenstein ET Client from here: http://www.planetwolfenstein.com/files/files.shtml (patches and client are available elsewhere if you hate fileplanet)
2) Install patches 2.60 and 2.60b (available from same site or elsewhere) I'm not sure this part is even necessary.
3) Download this demo file: http://returntocastlewolfenstein.filefront.com/file/Carmas_Battery_Demo;20069
4) Extract the demo file to [wolf et install dir]\etmain\demos (demos folder will need to be created)
5) Rename the extracted file to anything that is easy to remember, lets say demo.dm_83
6) Run Wolf:ET
7) Go to graphic options (under system or options?) and set to High, then choose resolution. It will list custom after manual selection a resolution.
8) ~ to bring up console
9) timedemo 1 [enter] demo demo [enter]
10) Let demo run (about ~3minutes on my old test machine)
11) ~ again to bring console back up, last line should list fps.
If you could run it 640x480 and 1024x768 or 1152x864.
