    Hey guys,

So, I have flashed my VBios on my new beast and have OC'd to 1000/2430. I ran 3DMark11 and got a solid score of around 7200.

However, I ran a few tests lately and have been getting declining score. My graphics score is ok and my physics score is ok however my combined score really dropped. Here is an example: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. MS-16F3 score: P6534 3DMarks

I have run it with and without turbo mode enabled and I'm really not sure what the cause of it is. Any help is appreciated!

You should probably run it with Turbo Mode enabled (TDE)! But yeah you combined score is quiet low. The GTX680M isn't really good for OpenCL apps such as the combined test but I think you're lacking of power here - what vBIOS are you running ? Have you tried playing at these clocks ? Also check your clocks are stable in MSI AB while running a benchmark or any game!

edit: oh sorry read your post too quickly: yeah even with TDE enabled it doesnt affect the score - I'd advise you to run the 304.79 drivers and flash the Saltius vbios (1.037-1.012v) as this is the best one in terms of overclocking capability, power and heat draw.

Clevo P150EM's CPU does disable Turbo Boost when running Combined test:

ThrottleStop Off @915/2500: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor,CLEVO P15xEMx score: P7276 3DMarks

ThrottleStop On @915/2500: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor,CLEVO P15xEMx score: P7373 3DMarks

Notice a huge difference of 439 points on the combined test.

I had a similar issue, it was solved by disabling "BD PROCHOT" in Throttlestop.

run it again but change your screen resolution as you have it set at 1280x720 which will give a much higher reading. :(

It's pretty standard to run it at those settings because, with the free version, those are the only settings you can run! Most scores you see on here are run at 1280x720.
