I have a sager np8170s1/Clevo p170hm with a 6990m running at 740mhz, 8gb 1333mhz ram, i7 2670qm. I ran a fur mark test and got around 23fps (no antialiasing with 1080p resolution) and I saw someone on YouTube running theirs on the same laptop with 6990m but a better CPU at a constant 43fps. I also saw that this card is bench marked to get 60fps on battlefield 3 on high, 30 on ultra, but I barely get 30 on just high with no antialiasing. I have undervolted the card, but I had the same fps before I did that. My heat is fine, its been repasted by me, and I get about 67c after playing bf3 for an hour, my windows/catalyst control center is set on high performance, and I can see the clock go to 740mhz when playing, it only goes to 99% usage, but I think that's just a glitch in the monitoring. Any idea what I should be getting, or if these fps are right for my card? I'm not saying they are bad, in fact they're amazing, but they don't seem to be what others are getting. Any help is appreciated!

score is 3505, seems just right according to reviews and posts by other 6990m owners, the graphics score was 3218, phyics 6762, combined 3311.
This was run on a fresh user account with basically nothing running, but what im really worried about is my battlefield 3 framerate. It seems very low compared to what others are getting, il go through and recheck my graphics settings ingame, hopefully that helps. Not many people own my laptop, and it has about 10 other names because its sold as a clevo barebones with parts added, so im finding it hard to get reports from people who own this laptop, im going to try to ask for some FPS numbers in bf3 from the owners lounge in xoticpcforums, I just want to know if these are natural numbers, because people with the M17x are reporting around 60fps on high, and the review on notebookreview shows that they got 60fps on high also

one other note, I cant seem to overclock it over 745mhz without 3dmark freezing, or the display driver crashing. Kinda disappointing because others report being able to get to 840, but i guess I just got unlucky with this card.
(using sapphire trixx and 3dmark 11 to test stability)

most alienware users on utube are full of cr@p lol. Ur bf3 fps should be around 30-60 tho at 1080p. Try a different set of drivers then report back.
