I own a 6990m and for 1 or two games I have to lower resolution to 720p(metro 2033)(CRYSIS2 ULTRA). I get great framerates however its 720p.

when I game at 720p on my laptop it looks blurry and annoying like the games out of focus.

when I game at 720p on my 47in 1080p tv it looks sharp and completely in focus.

has anyone tried gaming on a TV that is fast enough for pc gaming(response time).

can you tell the differance at 5 feet or so back between 720p and 1080p

    ps

this is sort of a trick question
