    hi, i have notebook with 7300go but i'm thinging about buy a notebook with 8400go is this card better? is it better then 7600go? does anybody know a 3d mark 2005 score of 7300go and 7600go and 8400go? thank you!

    Something the best 8400GS can offer is DX10 support. I'm pretty sure that 7600 is faster, or at least equal.

    The 8400M is probably slightly faster than the 7600. ALthough it is definetly faster than the 7300, but it depends on what ga,es you are playing to determine if you need that card. It also has DirectX 10 support.

    If you want to game then get the 8600gt without a doubt. I have a go7300 and for gaming its utter rubbish.

    @ahl395 The Go 7600 is better than the 8400GS, in everything but DX10 support.

    If you`re into medium gaming, I sugest getting the Dell 1520 with the 8600M GT. Pretty much the best choice for laptops unde 1 k.
