I plan to get an HP DV9xxx series with an nvidia 7600 graphics card.
I just dont know if im getting the better 128bit or the slower 64bit.
Can you please help me determine the info, once I check the unit?
Can I see it in the box or in the OS.... Please help me![]()

128bit, that is if you want to run 3D apps!

Yeah HP doesnt use a go7600 with 64bit AFAIK. Toshiba and Sony did. I think the 64bit version is often called go7600 SE.

So HP does not release in any of there units a 64bit 7600 dv notebook but rather a 128bit only?

The HP dv9000t uses 128-bit Go7600s as posted, no worries.
I've only seen Acers and Toshibas with 64-bit Go7600s.
Have you considered the newer HP dv9500t with the Nvidia 8600M-GS? -
I plan to get just a used dv9207us, for mild to moderate gaming and for watching some dvds
