    Personally I'd get the Asus (the one with the 760M) simply because it has a 1080p display whereas that Acer has a garbage 768p display. That's the #1 thing you should be looking at anyway; the rest of the hardware is secondary to the display, since if you have a crap display the overall experience will suffer badly.

    That said, that A10 is quite a bit less powerful than that i7, so that's something you need to factor in as well.

    Hoestly, I'd suggest you save a bit of money and get a G750JM/JS.. They'll be 1000-1200 and much betetr then either.. Just hold on a bit more and get those :)
