I'm trying to figure out if powermizer is underclocking my card because the reading stay the same no matter if Powermizer is enabled or disabled.
    GPU-Z reading
    GPU Core Clock 575 MHz
    GPU Memory Clock 600MHz

I"m using Dell drivers forcewave 174.31 XP.

I do remember the Memory Clock on my 7800GTX(M170 being around 1000 MHz.

Use a real time monitor like Rivatuner.

Even if, I'm not sure what kind of reading I should be getting from this card.

Well, you find out what the stock clock is, and use the monitor built into Rivatuner, if the reading on the monitor is lower than the stock clocks then Powermizer kicked in. Sometimes, you can catch it working in action, you will just see a sharp drop on the graph provided by rivertuner on core and mem clocks.

If you are not sure about the clocks, go to nvidia's website and look for the clocks of your card, then compare them with whatever GPU-Z or Rivatuner show.

The 7950GTX`s clocks are 575/700. Use Ati Tool to check the clocks during 2d mode(watching a movie, background activities etc).
