    7970M Skyrim problem

    Dear Brothers,

    I am experiencing problems with shadows being pixeled and flickering at the times when playing Skyrim..

    I am plaing on alienware m18x r2 with 7970m gpu.. Using 14.4 mobility driver from amd..

    Ive tried chaning .ini file and setting shadows to medium, high, ultra, changing distance etc.. most of the things Ive found on forums..

    Is there any fix or driver I should try?

    Please help, I really wanna enjoy this game but shadows are killing me...

    Try going back to the previous drivers if they were working ok otherwise, upgrade to the latest 14.8 I believe...

    Any mods installed? Some I tried seriously messed up textures and shadows on my 7970M.

    Are you using an EBN ? If so its a common problem for CF and EBNs.
