    The m1330 has just come out wit the 8400GS. I heard this video card is equivalent ot the 7600. People have played the demo on high settings using the 7600 card. Is this possible with the 8400GS?

    I have played Lost Planet on the 8600M GS with ~18 fps. That was on 1GB of ram.

    Besides the video card, does it help to have a good amount of RAM and processor? Will that enhance the performance? I know the video card is the most significant. I'm hoping to get as close to 30FPS in the game.

    Absolutely. RAM is far more important than the proc. Get 2GB at MINIMUM for any game playing. When I get a 1GB stick to add on to my own lappy, I will show you the better benches.

    Oh wow, thanks! My new laptop will have 2GB and hopefully a 2.2GHz processor. I would like to get the best effects from the game.

    how much mb of dedicatd vram does the 8400 gs card in the m1330 have? is it 128 or 64?
