No. You cannot upgrade your GPU except in certain Dells and some ultra-high-end gaming machines. Which is clearly stated in the stickied thread at the top of the forum that says "*****READ BEFORE POSTING*****" in big capital letters with lots of asterisks.

Read the sticky, it has a lot of great info about that and more.

What Asus model do you have? It turns out that Asus laptops may just possibly be upgradeable in certain circumstances, though it would require a great deal of effort on your part, and involve voiding your warranty I'm afraid.

asus Z53S
stock model
Z53S NB Core 2 Duo T5250 1.5GHz/15.4"/1GB/120GB/GeForce 8400M/DVD+-RW/WLAN/BT/Vista Home Premium
its Geforce 8400M G , atleast would be coul to have 8400M GT, but prefer 8600M GT/GS -
I don't know where you would get the parts, but it may be possible to replace that card. However this forum isn't really suited to supporting that kind of project as (most of) the members don't have specific enough technical knowledge of the process.
8400M G could it be replaced ?
