no matter what drivers i have installed. (101.xx, 158.xx, 163.xx)
i have tried about 10 different drivers and gave up.
i decided to installed xp and even tried the 101.xx drivers to see any improvements. none.

my problem is that with atitool it wont let me oc, even if i click on max gpu.
rivatuner just resets as soon as i hit apply.
    ntune same.

what could it be? for example if i set atitool to apply the settings as soon as i move the bar, when i do move the bar it glitches and goes back to the middle. i cant even raise the clock 1mhz!

    what can it be?

Uninstall your current drivers, restart in safe mode, use Driver Cleaner Pro, then restart and install the default OEM video card drivers. See if you're then able to overclock with Rivatuner.
