    sorry im newbie.. but wondering what is the average temp and wat program can u use to check the temp. thanks

    You can use pc wizard 2008 for that (there are many others but tats the one i have running now). I have the 8600 gt and mine idles around 70C.

    i use rivatuner to monitor temps

    mine idles around 60 degrees celcius

    under a full load mine gets to 90 degrees celcius playing counterstrike source.

    Mine is around 42 degrees Celsius right now, I use riva tuner.
