Hey, I just bought an ASUS C90. I installed the graphics card and booted the computer and it won't recognize the card. Only the onboard video. I've since tried to reinstall it and still no luck. Any suggestions?
-
Check the BIOS maybe you have to enable the video card slot or maybe theres a setting for it.
-
nope. already checked. no main video selection like regular pc's.
-
What onboard video?
-
its detecting some sort of video device because there is a driver for it on the CD
-
THere is only one gpu. You just need the right drivers
-
when i try to install the 8600, it says "device not found"
-
screenshot please
-
yee it should be recognized with the right drivers a screenshot(prt scr key on key board and paste in to paint and save as a Jpeg)
-
Since the notebook will not runton without the gpu in it, im 99% its drivers.
-
so where is the driver? i used the one off the default disks, but it didnt update the 8600? what do i need to do -
so i need to find the drivers for it?
-
Refresh the WEI score
-
oh damn. im retarded
score is 4.5 now -
