Basically what it says in the title. Just received my 1520 and tried to use my 20" widescreen LG monitor but I can't set the resolution to 1680x1050. Even though my native is 1280x800 can't I change it when I export?

if you clone your display you wont be able to set it higher than your laptop lcd monitor's native resolution. If you choose extended desktop or make your widescreen monitor as your primary monitor you might be able to set your LG monitor to 1680x1050.

    I hope this helps
