i've googled for a while looking for the newest 8600M GT driver, and got a bunch of mixed results. i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right directioni would greatly appreciate it

169.04 .. probably most used drivers.. good for ocing too

I can second that, I used 169.04 when I was still running XP. When I switched to those drivers, my 3dmark06 score jumped from 3200 OC'd to almost 4100 OC'd...not too shabby (I have the DDR2 card).

Not really a tech head i can fix most problems on a computer (because i cause them) but have no idea when it comes to graphics cards. -

1. To Download - driver: Click Here.
2. Download - Modded inf - laptopvideo2go.com Click Here.
3. Replace old inf - with the new inf - From: laptopvideo2go.com
4. Have Disk Method: Click Here
5. Finally Click here to finalize the process.
