Like the title says, when i watch HD video they all start to lag.
My specs are below, my computer shouldn't have any problems playing HD?

    Intel Core2 Duo T7250
    2GB DDR2
    15,4" WXGA+
    HDD 250GB
    512MB NV8600M GT

Are you running on balanced or power saver mode? Have you tried playing HD Video with the laptop plugged in on high performance battery mode? Also what are your drivers, have you updated them recently? Lastly, define HD Video; what resolution are you talking about and do videos not in HD, lets say standard DVDs, play without any lag?

I'm running balanced battery mode but have tried on high performance mode, nothing changes. My drivers are currently 169.04
For example if i download movie trailers from azureus, they are HD video and they all lag. Resolution is 1280x800. Dvd's and standard video files plays fine.

Try using the drivers that came with your comp. At least for me 169.04 performed subpar outside of the gaming world (aero interface and video playback). Also what format are the HD video files in? Have you tried different formats, wmv versus avi and such?
