    Simple question. Is the 256MB 8600M GT a DX10 card?

    All of the 8 series are DX10 cards, so yes it is.

    Mind you, that doesn't mean the 8600M GT can handle DX10 particularly well ;)

    Beat me to it. ;) You won't be able to run anything in DX10 well... yet at least. New drivers might help in the future.

    And better coded games. The ones now aren't that well coded. A bit slap-dash.

    DX10 is suppoed to increase performances due to new randering method
