Sorry I guess it never got through. I was wondering if I can get some help with deciding which one would be better for what I am looking for. I would like to keep the price under 2000 and 15 in for portability. I would like to be able to do some gaming, ie. halo2, crysis, stalker. Which one would you guys choose? Dell 1520 or HP 6500T
Dell : T7300 2.0 mhz, 2 gb ram, 256 8600m gt, 160 5400rpm hd
HP: T7300 2.0 mhz, 2 gb ram, 383 8400m gs, 160 5400rpm hd.
Appreciate the help.

8600M GT all the way. The 8600M GT in the Dell 1520 is not the fastest but it is alot better then the 8400M GS. Have you looked at the Sager 2090 or the Compal IFL90 (both the same notebook but different brand names). They are good value for money.

8600m GT for sure!!!
Especially when you say you want to play crysis,stalker,etc... -
for the hp and dell these are the best they offer for the 15in laptops. i kind of want to have it portable so i can use it for work but i really would like to have some fun with it too, stream video and play some good games. 256 8600m GT looks like it can do this for me. Farelli09 what would you suggest. Thanks again for the help all.

Sneaky_Chopsticks Notebook Deity
The 8600m GT is much more powerful than the 8400m GS.

I would go with the 8600M GT if I was a gamer, which I am.

Yeah it is. I noticed that after the first post I made here.
