This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I would swear I found threads on this with multiple fixes, but after searching can't anything =(

    I'm getting my g1s back...with a new motherboard/gpu but still most likely the damn 8600m. I remember mine had that stuttering problem, and made even old games unplayable at times...

    Can someone post me links on how to fix this when I get my notebook back. I haven't heard of nvidia making any changes to the 8600m chips, so i might as well get on this asap...I'll be installing windows 7 on this machine btw.
