    Are all 256mb gddr3 versions of the 8600mGT are able to turbocache up to 512 or just select models?

    turbo cache is dependant on how much system ram you have, and the OS last I checked not the card.

    Turbocache is indeed dependant on the card (as it's hardware implemented), however to the very best of my knowledge every 8600M-GT has turbocache. How much you can turbocache will depend on the amount of system RAM available, and the OS.
