    860m vs 770m

    According to gamedebate the 860m higher version one (gm107), probably the Maxwel one, operates at 50W while being overall slightly faster then the 770m, but the 770m has a wider memory bus, twice the mapping units, better shader and texture performance and more!
    Perhaps the 860m is only faster at lower resolutions then 1080? In that case were better of with an 870m coming from 770m.

    According to Notebookcheck (comparison near the bottom of the page), the 860m is faster than the 770m in most games, including games at 1080p, so I'd say it's slightly faster overall.

    same perfs, in higher resolution may be 5% more for the 770M
