    ... just.

I have been talking to a few suppliers about notebooks and the 8800M. I seem to have found a few things... which you might know already but hey maybe not.

    1) Suppliers appear to only be getting limited amounts. So pre-orders are going to be the winners. I talked to Evesham and they are only getting in 6 units.

    2) It seems that 20th December is the most recent date for suppliers to get their stocks in. Thats only 5 days from Christmas Day!

    3) It seems to be the Clevo M570RU based notebooks that are getting the 8800's first. On that note ive been told the 8800M comes with the chassis, so is it possible that delays are also to do with notebook motherboard revisions too?

    4) If you hope to get one before Christmas you are probably already too late. But ive discovered that there also appear to be some issues with stocks for the 8700 GT (not sure if this is just a UK thing though), whats going on there?
