From what I've read around the forums, it is going to be a 17" notebook. By looking at other 17" notebooks with similar cards, it will probably be $1700 and if you SLI those, most likey over $2000.

1700? I don't think so, I figure pricing would at least be equivalent to the 7950 or around it. You can't get a 7950 laptop for under 2k unless you get low specs for everythning else.

The dell xps, but being an xps its gonna be in the mid to high 2k range.

I can't imagine you could SLI them for less than $3000 :) Maybe someone will surprise you though haha. That's a very niche, high-end laptop segment and those developers charge heavy. Each card will be $400 or so and with that in mind, you have to wonder if it's worth it.

Alienware with no other customizations would be $2500 SLI.

Nvidia "supposably" stated that they are basically replacing the 7950GTX with the new 8800m GTX, so I'm assuming it will cost us consumers around 500-600$ USD per card, so I expect notebooks to be no less than $1900-$2800 for a well spec-d single one, and $2500-$4500 for a well spec-d SLI one.

    It's just my guess though..

Actually, you can get a Sager NP5791 for $1947 from xoticpc with a 7950 GTX, a T7500, and 2 gigs of RAM. But you didn't hear it from me.
