    My old laptop died on me so i plan to get a new hp with 6770. Will this be an upgrade or a downgrade feom my old 8800m gtx?

    I remember my. Clocked 550/1400/950 8800m gtx and x9000 clocked to 3,6 ghz scored around 5900 point on vantage

    You should do a little bit of shopping around and ask for advice on these forums since more people can help you find the best deal. The 6770m is an upgrade from the old card however since it uses dx11 you my have to switch to dx10 in games to get the performance boost
