    hello.

ive had a look around for better drivers for the 9200m gs (im using HP stock ones) and people are reporting big increases in performance from them, especially the dox drivers.

however, quite a few people also say that their bluray drive stops working if a non-SQHL driver is installed. i will be using my bluray quite a bit in the next year, so i need that working.

are there any higher performance drivers available that are SQHL signed?

my current driver version is 7.15.11.7586

    thanks

The lastest MS WHQL Certified driver is LV2G's 180.48.

    Found here.

    hi

thanks for the fast reply. ive installed that driver, but i still had to install the modified INF file to get it to install, else it wouldnt start the install. now in device manager it says "not digitally signed". ideas where i messed up?

    cheers

The problem doesn't relay in wether they are MS WHQL or not... It's all about the modified .inf file... If you want bluray your stuck with HP drivers or drivers directly from nvidia (which i don't think there are for the 9200 IIRC)...

At least that's my problem with the HD-DVD... I need toshiba drivers or it won't work...
