    Hi there!

I have 9300m GS (512mb-model) and its running with:

    580 GPU CLOCK
    Memory: 400MHZ
    Shader: 1450MHZ

I have heard some models with 256 mb, has 700 memory clock? Maybe its because my card use GDDR3 ram, but I'm not sure.

I think my card does it's job quiet well in games, and my 3Dmark06 score is 1872 (with a T4200 processor and 2 gigabyte ram). Is it normal for my card? (Btw. I have 25-50 FPS pr. second in CoD4 with 1280X720 res.)

I do not hope my card is defective!

    Please answer :)

    Kind Regards Peter.

That's about normal for a 3DMark score, since I get about the same score..

About the Memory speed, I could have also asked that before have I not read about things, and I do think the 700MHz memspeed is for laptops with DDR3. :D

    I'm reliefed.

    Look at this site: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-9300M-GS.9452.0.html

The average score for our card is about 1800. But I'm confused. My card has 512mb and urs has 256 and we get the same score? Maybe its because you have 4 gb ram and a better processor :)

My card has problaly more ram avaible. Do you have call of duty or something similar? If you have - please tell me settings and fps :)

    I use to have an 9200m GS GDDR3 256mb , on a P8400 and 3GB DDR2 , I got around 2070 points with stock core/memory.

I have T4200 processor and 2 gigs of ram. If I had the same processor as you, I think I would have around 2200+ score.

But the 9200m, 9300m and the 9400m are very similar.

GPU memory amount doesn't have any effect in real life. Use GPU-Z to get more info on your GPU.

I actually used GPU-Z to read the memory ;)

    :)

I think my card is normal :)
